Csokis-mogyorós kuglóf

Hozzávalók:
200 g vaj vagy margarin, 250 g porcukor, 1 tasak Dr. Oetker Vanillincukor, 5 tojás, 1 teáskanál Dr. Oetker Aroma rum, 1 csipet fahéj, 150 g őrölt mogyoró esetleg dió, 150 g liszt, 1 tasak Dr. Oetker Sütőpor, 100 g csokireszelék.
Díszítés:
1 tasak Dr. Oetker Tortabevonó ét.

A hozzávalókat (a mogyoró és csokireszelék kivételével) konyhai robotgéppel (habverő) jól összedolgozzuk, és legalább 2 percig magas fokozaton verjük, majd hozzáadjuk az őrölt mogyorót és a csokireszeléket is. A tésztát egy kivajazott, kilisztezett formába (22 cm) öntjük és megsütjük. Sütés után a kuglófot hagyjuk kihűlni, majd a tortabevonóval bevonjuk.

Sütési hőmérséklet: 170°C (alsó-felső sütés, előmelegítve)
Sütési idő: kb. 55-60 perc
