Our Shipping Philosophy
At Paprika Stores we recognise the importance of processing your order as fast as possible. With this in mind we work hard to package and ship your order as soon as we can so that you can get it as quickly as possible.
We ship to the UK, Scotland, Isle of Wight and Wales within the UK, except the Scottish Islands and the Scottish Highlands. In addition, we unfortunately do not ship to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
We do not make money on shipping. Rather, we simply pass on the costs that we incur. The shipping cost is calculated on the basis of weight. Delivery is done by DPD courier service. DPD will ship the ordered products to your delivery address and they will contact you via email/text before any delivery.
Their charge is as follows:
-0-10 kg: £7,50
-10-15 kg: £8,50
Isle of Wight:
-0-10 kg: £12
-10-15 kg: £13,50
Chilled product packaging cost: £1.
This amount will be added at the checkout in case of ordering chilled products. Please note that delivery is not temperature-controlled. Of course we use ice packs and insulated thermo bags for chilled products but we can only send products that require refrigeration at your own risk. If for some reason the package cannot be delivered or If the delivery will be delayed by you, we cannot take responsibility for the temperature control of the chilled products. Please also note that packages containing chilled products will behanded over to the courier only from Monday to Thursday as there might not be a delivery during the weekend so the ice packs will not unfreeze during the longer transit time over the weekend if they are handed over to DPD on Friday. Minimum order amount
The minimum order value is £ 15.
The maximum ordering weight limit is 15 kg per order.
Delivery is done via the DPD delivery service. We endeavour to hand over the package over to DPD within 5-7 working days however, due to the current Covid situation, a delay may occur. DPD delivers most packages the next working day or in some places in two working days. Thank you for your patience. Contact details & warehouse opening hours
The opening hours of our warehouse are from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00, closed on Bank Holidays.
Please note: if incorrect/incomplete/wrong address/contact details are given by the customer, and therefore the courier service is unable to deliver the package and it will be sent back to us, our policy is that the package will be refunded to you minus the delivery fee. The package will not be resent, a new order need to be submitted.
Everything that leaves our store to be delivered is fresh and in perfect condition for consumption. However, during transit, if the packages are subjected to adverse weather conditions (especially heat) some of the products may melt (eg. chocolate bar). They will still be perfectly suitable to consume although the presentation may not be as spectacular as it was before the journey. Any orders that experience this cannot be refunded or replaced as this situation is out of our control.
