Tóalmási smoked bacon is made using boneless pork loin, which is traditionally marinated, matured and smoked with hardwood in a stone incense burner. Apart from kitchen salt and marinade, we do not use any other coloring, texture-improving or curing-accelerating additives during the production. The bacon can be consumed even after the shelf life, its texture will be drier and its color will be darker.
Suggested Use: English bacon, like other Easter hams, can be made into cooked bacon, but can also be eaten raw, sliced very thinly.
