Update Low-Carb Master Mix is a special mixture made from natural ingredients, which is added to flours in a ratio of 50-100% and is suitable for reducing the useful carbohydrate content of various breads, pastries, desserts, sweet cakes, muffins and dry pasta.
Dosage recommendation: The optimal replacement dose contains half of the Update Low-Carb Master Mix carbohydrate-reducing product and the flour used. At the minimum recommended dosage (50% Update Low-Carb Master Mix mixed with 50% flour), 1 box (500 g) of Update Low-Carb Master Mix is sufficient to make 1.0 kg of reduced carbohydrate flour mixture.
Suggested Use: Add Update Low-Carb Master Mix Carbohydrate Reduction to the desired flour and mix thoroughly. Add the other ingredients according to the recipe only after mixing the flour and Update Low-Carb Master Mix well.
