Cukor, Sűrítő anyag (dikeményítő-foszfát (E 1412)), Csomósodást gátló anyag (kalcium-foszfátok (E 341))

Elkészítés és felhasználás

Habfixálópor 200 ml folyékony tejszínhez.

1. 200 ml hűtőben lehűtött tejszínt kevés porcukorral (vanillincukorral) kissé felverünk.
2. Ezután óvatosan hozzáadjuk a tasak tartalmát.
3. A habverést addig folytatjuk, amíg a hab a kívánt szilárdságot eléri.
4. Ezután a felvert tejszínhabot a szokásos módon használjuk fel.

Tipp
Ha a tortalapot töltés előtt megszórjuk habfixálóval, nem ázik át olyan gyorsan krémektől vagy zseléktől.
